For the band in question, yes. Obviously I didn't mean it in the omgnecrophagisttechdeathfuckyes-way but in the "this
album is pretty technical in comparison to their debut and their peers (Saosin mostly)". Which it is.
Context. The band's playing is really impressive (including the drumming and bass playing, for once).

I have no issues with a solid 3.5 rating. It was probably that for me after the first few listens.
It does put a few other bands to shame (excluding Saosin) and I'm sort of a little surprised that they're not more well-known because of that.
