From what i hear, this album is less Power Metal (which not a huge fan of) than the other albums. Cause if it is, this would seem like something worth buying.

I saw In Your Face on headbangers ball and i really liked it.

After this i might move on to Hatebreeder.

If you liked In Your Face, you'll love the rest of the album. Buy it right now followed by Hate Crew Deathroll.

Yea In Your Face was pretty hardcore. Alexi is a kickass guitarist. The whole keyboard thing doesnt do it for me though. But im sure i can get around them. Besides Janne has to a pretty good to play in a metal band.

The keys in that song were a little on the lighter side. The rest of the album is darker sounding. I'd be willing to bet you'd worship the brutal shit like If You Want Peace.

I didnt like this. Things seemed of out place. You would hear awesome riff by Alexi and then the song would turn into a cheesy nightmare. Alexi's voice gets annoying to especially when hhe is screaming some really crappy lyrics. CoB isnt for me i guess..........

i STRONGLY urge you to hear at least one or two songs of the older albums before you let this band go, beacuse the older material is a bit different to this stuff.

Do you have Hate Crew Deathroll? That album is fucking brutal. Much moreso than this.

From Hate Crew? I'd get Bodom Beach Terror, Angel's Don't Kill, Chokehold, and Little Bloodred Riding Hood, as those are my favorite songs on the album.

I know I aint exactly ShadowsFallen, but if you want some songs from it, try: Needled 24/7, Sixpounder, You're Better Off Dead, and the title track (Hate Crew Dethroll).

I'd suggest Bodom Beach Terror, Lil' Bloodred Ridin' Hood, Hate Crew Deathroll, Sixpounder, and possibly You're Better Off Dead.

i suggest you dont download.
"When people say that they are a Children of Bodom fan and still downloaded our album, they don't understand if they keep doing that we don't get any money and the record company doesn't get any money so we can't continue to keep putting out new albums, that should be illegal or something like that..."- Alexi Laiho
thankyou for heeding my warning.

I'm Charming is screwed, all that kid does is DL albums and he thinks he's like a huge fan. Alexi hates him.

Punch Me I Bleed seems to be the one song on the album that bores me. I don't really know why, I guess that it's just too slow for my tastes. I liked it when they did their other slow songs like "Angels Don't Kill", but this one just wasn't nearly as good. Plus it doesn't help that right before it there were three awesome songs back to back to back.

And as always, "We're Not Gonna Fall" remains to be awesome. It will always be one of my favorite Bodom songs of all time.

Couldnt agree with you more Thor. "Punch Me I Bleed" feels very bland and pales in comparison to "Angels Don't Kill".

And "We're Not Gonna Fall" is one bad-a** song, I always attempt to listen to it first before I get "Living Dead Beat" going, cause then I cant switch away till it's done...This Message Edited On 05.29.06

This is a great album. CoB's sound has definitely changed, but in my opinion that's a good thing; I love hatebreeder, and I don't want them to try to make a hatebreeder II. The title track is friggin sweet :p
