I like the mix of really short 'punk/thrash' tracks, with the slower, more atmospherically ugly tracks like "Worms Will Feed". 2nd best album of 2009 for me.

You are the single worst fanboy I've ever seen on Sputnik. You don't look at anything logically. If it's a band that had a previous release that you enjoyed, you automatically think it's a great release. The Great Misdirect was not that great.

No actually, I learned about Maybeshewill this year, I got into Converge just a few months ago, and TGM is prolly around a 4 to me, I didn't follow the year that closely any way, those are just my favorites. actually come to think of it, third would be "Fed Through the Teeth Machine" by The Red Chord, which was my FIRST album by them, so I did not know how good it was going to be because I NEVER heard them before. I like how pit leaves when he knows he's lost
