there's really nothing like this Atari even though it's blatant Burzum worship. they just do it the

best IMO. Forest is pretty good though since it's another one of Stringsskald's projects. on a side

note, one of these days we'll get a new album. ONE DAY

idk this honestly doesnt sound any more burzumish than most atmospheric bm does

in fact that has a pretty unique sound i think

yeah but atmospheric bm is just another way of saying burzum worship. which isn't a bad thing. quality

over creativity. the most unique thing about this is the guitars. the tone and distortion are on a

level i haven't personally heard before. and they skimp on the bullshit field recordings and synths

too.

i wouldn't call it burzum worship. i mean on an aesthetic level it's similar but this is so much more thought through and refined than anything Varg ever did when it comes to song writing.

Pretty much going to say no right there to you. I remember when bm was just a twinkle in my eye 10 years ago.

you can't really argue this sounds more like burzum than any other atmospheric black metal album

If you've only heard the surface records of the genre than ignorance seems like knowledge.

if you know of something similar to this and up to the same quality go ahead and name something

Wizard. I've heard basically every band that supposedly sounds similar to this and nothing comes

close. I'm admittedly not as well versed in bm as others because I'm so picky about the genre so maybe

I missed something. Portal no one knows. they just kinda disappeared.

This is more akin to Drudkh and their choice of chord progressions than Burzum.

Here's why I argue this peoples idiocy with bm:

You're bound to find lots of similar quality bm in there ; ).

I find your lack of faith disturbing...

... although after after seven years a bit of doubt is understandable. Srsly. This band releases one album and disappears, and then Ygg pop up and do the same thing. :/
