I was thinking of looking into a Corpsegrinder one. I think they have most of the albums on Spotify though

This is without a doubt their best album. It's sick as hell.

The title track's main groove is disgustingly good. Easily my favorite song of theirs.

Areed with Thor, this is their best. I never really gave a shit about Cannibal Corpse till I listened to this. Its exceptionally more good then the others. Priests of Sodom is a sick song.

they have a bunch of record better than this, this is pretty mid-ground material for Cannibal Corpse, aka kinda meh.

This is a solid fucking Cannibal Corpse album. What I like about this album is some of the groove that they throw in there. "Evisceration Plague" has some sludginess to it, which I love. "Unnatural" is one of my favorite songs of this year, and I don't know, I think this album is great.

Trey, love the review and the summary statement. The album is awesome; one of their best. The guitar riffs are somewhat basic, but the mixing is flawless; this makes the tracks flow seemlessly, nice "old school" grind!Every song is worth listening to...highly recommended!

it seems to me like this band is trying way too hard to be as brutal as possible. all of their songs are repetitive sounding, the lyrics are all about the exact same thing (or end result) and their singer (if you could even call him that), is monotone through every song. i cant tell one song from another

Just stick with your Mudvayne and Shinedown and quit rating death metal albums that you don't know anything about.
