I'm all for dirty production. I love these guys. I love alot of albums that have "raw" production. Love immolation failures for gods. And tons of others in that type of field. Love most the other suffo albums. This record is great. But it sounds fucking horrendous. And I'm not going to defend it and look past the production. It's a fucking mess . The guitars have no power at all it pretty much ruins the album.

Hawks I dont think it does slay. Albums that slay dont sound like shit. I'm not gonna 4 it just because its suffo and the songs are good. You guys no the albums with bad production and you say I've heard worse. You dont say that about this album. This is the album that you compare bad production jobs to to make the bad ones look better.

the bad production here has really been exaggerated. it's thin and hollow, but it's not awful. there were plenty of great albums being released around the same time that sounded worse.

I wish I had your ears heck. This sounds garbage to me. I mean quite a few of the best tracks here have been remade on their later work and they sound better. They just do. I dont really see a point in listening to this. Wish it wasnt that way but hey they cant all be winners. And that's the exact reason they redid quite a few of the tracks. They knew it sounds like shit.
