I listened to this all the way through for the first time in a while, and it finally clicked. Some of this is still a bit much for me, like The Sow Submits, but most of it is great. Reading along with the lyrics while listening really helps.

Animals I think the key word in my old comment was "apparent," because obviously there's logic to the compositions but it I found that it took me a few listens to be able to really follow what goes on.

It is difficult to get into. Very abstract but it grows on you. The only album they have done which is instantly accessible is Coffins On Io.
