Actually I 5'd Pianos become the Teeth but that's just cuz I'm crazy. It didn't even go on my top albums list which seems contradictory I guess but whatever I don't count it as a normal case. I like it more than I should.
And I can't see myself 5ing any other screamo album, since the other obvious choice is CTTS and I feel lukewarm about them.

this might just be me, but there seems to be a connection between these guys and City of Caterpillar in that City of Caterpillar had really intense, climatic post-rock jamming and gospel had the same exact more prog-based jamming. Both sounds seem to focus on elongated instrumental work, with really intense vocals.
Regardless I love this album so much. I can see myself 5'ing this at some point. The guitar work on opium is splendid.

yeah I can understand that comparison

I should check out City of Caterpillar if they're similar to this band.

this is the best city of caterpillar song:

they're not really all that similar to gospel at all though

City of Caterpillar don't sound much like these guys at all though I do understand the comparison. CoC don't have that keyboard-driven prog sound that a lot of this album has, it's a lot more post-rock/screamo influenced.
