I enjoyed 2 and 3, but they definitely had a ton of problems. 4 shouldn't exist. Jack's character just got dumber and less cool with each film. There was something mystifying about him in the first film, like he was a mixture of dumb luck and brilliance. The others just made him a dumb luck character.
