bare bones folk has always been a weird genre for me, you either connect with it or you don’t, there’s generally very little analysis required. The comparisons are obvious tho, neither guy can sing, they’re both poets masquerading as musicians. Cohen’s music just feels more personable to me idk

This isn't also my favourite style of music, but I like very much of Cohen. I always thought that he always was the type of singer that the ladies love, wich is, actually, also the case of my wife.
This is a fantastic album, oneof his best works with Songs Of Love And Hate, my favourite.
