Fair enough, this album isn't that melodic to begin with so judging it as a melo-death album, which they WERE (at least more) can see why it's a 1.5.
I just see a 1.5 album as being completely and disgustingly awful album. It's like a slightly above average album on the grand scheme of things and I enjoy it more than AYDY to be honest.

Tie My Rope is probably in my top 5 on this album honestly. I didnt like it at first, but it grew on me.

I'm honestly still amazed at how many people completely dislike this compared to the group's past work. Just from talking to co-workers people think this absolutely sucks who liked their other releases. Granted this is far from their strongest release, probably their weakest but on a bad day this is still average for me. But life goes on. Girlfriend > Banned From Heaven for sure.

I just listened to the title track of this album, and it didn't catch my interest at all. I've listened to many songs off of Follow The Reaper but I can't see myself enjoying this album much. I doubt i'll be checking it out.

How do you people listen to this band? They sound like some crap I would listen to if I played Everquest instead of Diablo.
1. If your judging the band by this album only...don't. Its by far their weakest and doesn't deserve to be held in the same light as Follow The Reaper and Hatebreeder.
