I'm liking this a fair bit more than Domestica. Love the bitter vibe and how self reflexive it is...it's like angrily shoving pain in our faces for our "pleasure" and I love it. A lot catchier too

this has stayed as one of my top albs for yearrrs, could use a little more recognition. red-handed, recluse, gentleman caller, bloody murderer, sierra, staying alive are all top notch. shit even some of the lower key tracks like harold weathervein are incredible

Not sure how did I miss this so far, but I've never even heard of this band before. The whole album is fantastic even on the first listen, though right now, I kind of can't stop listening to the Red-Handed song.

Been enjoying their most recent one a lot. Def want to check out some of the back catalog, too.

the immediate switch in the song's direction halfway and the building melody that follows, oh my god

Not to mention how that building melody is reprised in Stayin’ Alive
