The Blister Exists is top 5 Slipknot. Prelude, Three Nil, Duality and Circle are top tier best of Slipknot material too.

WANYK is similar to this in the way that it's a bit of a reinvention of their sound.
They haven't sounded as inspired since this album imo, the new one definitely feels fresh in a way.

Ahah dude I got shit for YEARS on metal forums before it was "ok" to like Slipknot again. I the early-mid 2000s especially, every death metal/black metal purist on the web would think you were some fucking poser if you dug any nu metal related band at all. So glad that's mostly over with.
