Ah this explains so much!!
Just kidding, seriously, I can easily see this thing being abhorrent to people, it is so maximally loud, ugly, slick, goofy, plastic, oversaturated, candy floss, cheesy, etc, etc, etc. It just happens to be exactly what I need sometimes. During those moments there's nothing quite like this.

I listened to this album through just once, but it was enough. I like my music to have some ambiguity to it, some shades of gray. I like to get the feeling that, behind the sadness there lurks a deeper happiness, and vice versa. This album is a party album - great - but it seems to embrace wholeheartedly a kind of dull, mindless hedonism that makes me never want to hear it again. Justice is kind of like a bimbo - an initial attraction, followed by disappointment when you realize just how shallow it really is. Yet people continue to like bimbos... and Justice.
