on like 20th listen Hot Wire My Heart and Cotton Crown are good enough for this to be a 4.5. Wtf. Am I just getting used to their mediocrity or do I finally see the light? I remember I used to like Hot Wire.

I feel like the first 7 songs are just perfect and then after that you kind of just have to chill out and let the record do it's own thing.

Like Hot Wire coming right after Pacific is actually kind of cool in a "no fucks given" kind of way. Last two songs are still eh
