album's just all sorts of brilliant. one of those records whose 5 comes from not how much i emotionally connect to it but to how objectively astounding it is. the rhymeless, formlessness of the raps against the dreamy production works in stunning ways.

These things make me want to love this so much but I just don't. I've listened quite a few times too. I feel like eventually I will get it but right now I just don't understand what the album's going for.

i still very possibly think the intro to the first track is the best part of this album (i think this album is amazing)

it's a bunch of really cool/weird shit from one of the clouddead guys and a lot of what appears on that was used for this, including apt a 1's intro (which is at the endo f i think "untitled track 15" on plan 9 or maybe "16")
