Koloss claps this imo this album turns on the boring side in the long run

I'm the opposite actually haha! I like this one a lot more, though Koloss has one of my all time fav shug songs in Demiurge and still an awesome record in its own right!

I hope Fredrik and Marten make a glorious comeback as the main composers for the next record, Hagstrom specially has written some of my most beloved songs by The Shuggah: Electric Red, Lethargica, Obzen, Pravus, Perpetual Black Second, Straws Pulled At Random, Elastic, Break Those Bones..

I listened to that song of them just for curiosity and the mere comparison it's pretty fucked up, like an ant against god

"monstrocity is the best song on here"

That's arguably one of my least favorites in their whole discog, bores me to tears

the main riff in MonstroCity kinda sucks imo which it's very uncharacteristic of them, it has great parts later on, but overall i can't stand it that much

My bad Dave, I was thinking of By The Ton. My fave here, together with Ivory Tower, Stifled and Born In Dissonance. Not too big a Clockworks fan.

Clockworks it's the better Bleed (if that makes any sense) and the breakdown of it it's earth shattering, irresistible

I really really really really X10,000 like Bleed though, it's way superior for me.

" I didn't really like Koloss when it was released but it ended up being one of my most spinned albums of the year. Something about the catchiness they went for on that one works for me. This is colder, more spun-out, has less soul than Koloss."
