these guys were good live, but the fact that Oli uses prerecorded choruses is hilarious

How are ya Betray.

@Spirit: Their charity show with the backing orchestra was sweet though.

"Snide what's your favorite track on this?"

Drown. It's in my top three BMTH songs as well tbh.

I like Doomed, Throne, True Friends, What You Need, Avalanche, Run, Drown, and Blasphemy the most, but I don't dislike any of the songs.

Edit: Just realized I said most of the album. Fuck.

Truth be told I don't dislike any of the songs except True Friends. They're all somewhat bland tho, excluding Doomed, which is one of their best songs period.

This album is weird for me because I totally understand anyone who gives it a 2 or even lower, but I just feel this immense energy and passion radiating from every track that a lot of other listeners just aren't getting, especially on the highlights which are Doomed and Avalanche.

For some reason I wish the album title had '', Homeboy'' added onto it. ''That's the Spirit, Homeboy''

Not as bad if you ignore which band released it.

I honestly think that if this whole album was the same quality as the first three songs, it'd be in the 4-4.5 range

True Friends kicks ass
Doomed is immortal
Happy Song is the bomb
Oh No is perfection
Follow You is untouchable

Glad you all soaked this record....a lot of times, with misunderstood records at first....it takes time, a lot of people jump to early conclusions and just write off moist albums like this...but that's not fair....to the band, to other fans, to the universe as a whole. I'm glad to see, a year and a half later, this album is being truly perceived the way the band intended. And that people are realizing it's one of the best rock albums of the last 10-15 years. Soak on, soakers.

Bad trolling, man. To be serious though, with more time spent with this album, I resent the album more. There's so much better music to be listening to than this drivel. 0.9/5

And that's being generous.

This could be as moist as a wet sponge and I still wouldn't like it, pretty shitty record
