Dude, I was seriously just thinking that. I was getting really thirsty for a nice frothy brew as I was reading the review. This is giving me goddamn chills.

Yeah, it's looking that way. Just finishing up "Four Score And Seven." This is the epitome of epic and anthemic. I'm from Jersey, also, so that helps.

So, I just compiled and posted a list of Jeff Mangum's best songs earlier tonight and just happened to stumble upon a mention of this album in another list. I went over to Pitchfork to read their review, and I came across this sentence, "In the annals of using historical metaphors for emotional communication, it's up there with Jeff Mangum empathizing with Anne Frank." Something big is at play here. 5/5.

Bah no way is this even remotely as good as NMH

Well, sure, I'd agree with that, Crymsonblaze. I'd rate "In The Aeroplane Over The Sea" a 6 for Perfect if such a thing were to exist on this site. Same with "Exile On Main Street." However, that said, this is indisputably a classic.

I like NMH more but this is an inch or less away from being an absolute modern classic. Also, sweet ava DBlitz.
