I gave this a spin last night. I'm not huge into death metal, or whatever subgenre this may be, but it is pretty damn fun and it flows really nicely.

well said sonic. these guys are definitley the real deal and it shows. sometimes art can be a sacrifice in order to achieve the dedication to your craft that you desire. the story, characters, and process to creating art is what gives the art potential to be legendary. This is why i believe we dont see as much of it these days, modern life can be very sterile/normal. Also the internet circle jerk reddit mentality kills creativity and the desire to go against the grain. Behavior that we view as bad (pretentiousness) can have a huge impact on the music, because thats where passion and creativity and elitism spawn from, and it really just allows real art to be created.

im not saying what constitutes true art, im just saying that the best stories have to stem from something. if the main characters arent interesting or different or controversial then who cares. sometimes people have to be assholes to break new ground. i think trout mask is a good example of this, those guys were deplorables lol. just my opinion fren
