I doubt it will be their best but something solid would be great and it's heading in that direction with Cusp and Eternal

very unlikely it will be their best. one of their bests? perhaps. eternal rains has gotten me the most excited about this band in years.

Lol, it'll take a hell of a lot to beat Watershed for me. Anything on par with GR or Watershed would make it one for the top 10 albums this year

Well, I've read a review for Pale Communion, if I have to believe that review, it's very promising. Cusp and Eternal Rains are both very good if you ask me, so let's hope the entire album is solid.

Unlikely. Watershed had some of their best ideas in years and although it wasn't their most focussed record, it was certainly one of their most innovative at the time

If Cusp of Eternity is representative of the quality of PC then it will be one of the worst albums they've ever recorded.
If it's more like Eternal Rains then it might be on a par with this.

Eternal Rains was alright, but I wouldn't want the whole album to be like that. Much much better than Cusp though
