Yea, mostly because this is where I find most music (I can't be assed to find anything anywhere else), so as long as I'm scavenging stuff I keep commenting
Granted not much else to do these days with the current situation in my country causing me to be kinda caged in my house

lol I don't actually listen to much new music, I don't think I've heard more than maybe 4 or 5 albums from this year, just mostly digging up older stuff, hidden gems and cult faves or one of those "all time klazix" that everyone but me has heard, which there are plenty. It has become sort of a hobby to me, I would even go so far as to collect vinyl and stuff if I had money lol
Venezuela, and you might've heard of it but there's currently a mass series of protests across the whole country and the whole place is kind of a lockdown, when there are some small police fights people are blocking the streets and attacking each other, and recently some group of psychos decided to block the way around my residential zone, and coupled with the fact that my university has been suspended until everything calms down, and 99% of my time in the recent weeks have just been me locked up in my house. It's pretty grating at this point tbh

and yes, all the ways to my college are blocked, and a good chunk of the students are part of the protesters, so the institution was forced to close up until further notice

damn that's ridiculous. are you venuzuelan by nationality or are you only studying there for university? you never struck me as a native spanish speaker lol
and i feel you on it being a hobby, that was totally me in like 2012 or sth when i was just listening to new music (new to me, could be a cult classic or w/e). but then idk no time and shit nowadays

Yea native from here, and well I don't intend to come off as one (I don't even know how lol). Gonna sound real braggy but it's probably because my English is one many step above most of the Spanish speaking people I've seen, since I've spent years and years practicing it on my own but guess that's another topic
P much all my rl friends moved over to some other place to persue some oportunities so once I'm done studying and doing whatever I have to do and stuff I don't have much else to do anymore, so I mostly stay here listening to music or practicing my instruments or some other shit like that
I'm probably gonna get a job to be able to start paying my own bills soon enough though, so my free time probably won't last too much longer
