Of Wolf and Man and The God That Failed are the highlights here for me. 2 top 'tallica tracks.

Both great tracks agreed

The only frustrating song here is ‘My Friend of Misery’ which is half amazing and half very clunky

The ‘and you’re out to save the world’ or whatever bit is laughably awful - but then the moody instrumental section later is gold

I’ve never particularly liked it but it’s a massive album. One of the most significant of my lifetime. Definitely a 5.

This is definitely a 4.5 but RTL destroys this. I think RTL is more like a 5.5 or 6 out of 5.

only a couple decent tracks on this album but at least it doesn't have semen on the album cover and named after a cumshot. I mean what the fuck was this band thinking on their next albums? They call the album load, apparently referring to cum. Then they go ''Yes, we will put literal semen on the album cover''

all the covers before this album were amazing, this one is OK, but every cover after is garbage.

Sadly this is the last quality album they ever made. That's a loooong 30 years of putting out mediocre or bad records.

I actually like Death Magnetic and Hardwired quite a bit, but to each his own

Much like Load & Reload, i think DM & HW could be combined into one great album if you took out all the filler.

I mean I was exaggerating a bit There's some solid songs on each album after I enjoy and some solid enough albums after but theres nothing great I meant. Load and reload agreed solid record there. 3.5 or so. Dm and hardwired combined 3.5 or so. But after this record and you can urgu after justice they were never the same. Why is that? Who knows. Sometimes the magic just fades. But during those first 4 albums the greatest metal band that ever existed.

It is facts for real. Not one GREAT album after this. I enjoy some albums after this cause their decent enough records but even then I'm a huge Metallica fan so I prob even give them albums more credit than they deserve sometimes just cause I'm such a fan lol.
