It's been a few months since I listened to this in full. Came back today and still massive. Definitely amazing taken in pieces but there is a certain magic to listening to the entire thing at once

Imagine thinking this is generic? - damn I wanna hear the stuff that make that statement true. It must be wonderfully enlightening.

Re Observer: On one hand I can see why someone could think this is overlong, but on the other there isn’t anything I’d cut from this; and even if you forced me to, it’d be very small segments (that wouldn’t reduce the runtime by much at all). We Feel The End is the weakest individual track, but it’s placement is necessary to the flow and I still enjoy it.

I dont think its generic. Some parts really amaze me, but other parts bore me to the point id rather listen to something else. Maybe itll grow more evenly but im not as engaged by it as I want to be.

That part was for Apathya, I know you didn’t say that.

This was a massive grower even for a hardened fan, I enjoyed it immediately but it took a long time to fully get there - to the point where I consider it amongst their very best material. It definitely requires patience.

Thats the sense I get when I listen to it, bonified grower. Only had about 4-5 listens and the whole picture is still pretty unclear for it.
