You and I are always gonna have our disagreements about this band. I've never been shy about my dislike for 85% of this band's music, but I've always given Iron Maiden albums their fair listen and I've never outright dismissed albums they've made.



Not everyone is destined to like a band just because they hold legendary status by the majority.

Well, I respect your points Caliggy, but I have to call out a silly statement when I see one. You don't have to enjoy Iron maiden, and I'll never get on you for that. But suggesting that the new album could be their magnum opus, you better bet your ass I'm going to ride it.

OK maybe I went a bit overboard on that, but I always figured the Magnum Opus is the best work produced by said person, so if said album becomes my favorite of the band, wouldn't that make it a magnum opus in my eyes? Or am I misusing the term?
