There is a more filler compared to past albums, and there are quite a few recycled ideas; that part in Right In Two that sounds EXACTLY like the riff from 46&2. Probably my least listened Tool album, unfortunately.

I wouldn't say the Right In Two part sounds EXACTLY like 46 & 2...but similar I guess.
I do agree that this isn't their best. But it does still kick balls.

This is easily better than Undertow

Rosetta Stoned, Jambi, Pot and t/t are the best

I like Undertow a little better than this. I mean it has Sober!
But If this album was just Vicarious, Jambi, Wings pt2, The Pot, Lost Keys, Intenstion and then Right In Two I'd be perfect.

Aint nothin wrong with Wings pt. 1!

It's just pretty boring and unnecessary imo. It would have been fine and it still would have had the same effect if it was only wings pt 2.

Guess I'm in the minority on that one? haha

I dont have a problem with fillers. Lipan is pretty funny and its only a minute long so it isnt a big deal.

It doesnt get in the way of my enjoyment.

It doesn't bug me much either. Also, I don't see why people are complaining about the filler here, on Aenima there's filler between every song after H.

They just leave a bigger impact imo. It feels like they have a purpose unlike Lipan and the final
track here which I feel like are just here to fuck with us.

I think Intension is pretty lame, sounds like a weak repeat of Reflection
|
| |
Intension is the first part of Right in Two, just like Disposition is of Reflection

What Mongi said. Filler can be ok if it seems to have a point.
