i kinda wish the last 2 mins of flee, thou matadors! didn't exist and instead they did a little bridge and looped back to the chorus because it's SO good. song would have probably been a top 10 mwY song but w/e it's still rly damn good.

another head for hydra being c-tier is eyebrow-raising. sounds like classic mwY to me, back when they were at the height of their game (catch for us the foxes imo)

I kinda agree tbh - would definitely keep those two minutes, but it feels like the bulk of the song burns itself out too soon after getting into gear and doesn't quite earn that epic outro in the way it might have

This album definitely harks back at their older sound, which I prefer.

Hydra definitely brings the Foxes vibes (that album being their best early work in my book), but it doesn't quite hit as hard as the best of either this album or that one. Could easily bump to B on a good day though...

This brought a lot of older fans back into the fold, so I'd give it a go for sure. But I also would advise you not to expect A>B or CFUTF Pt. II.
