I would definitely call that the weakest song, it just kinda goes nowhere, but I don’t dislike it either. But yeah, a bit bland for Dillinger.

Y'know what, I'm just going to say that this band never missed album wise. I'm willing to call it good on that. They made nothing but absolutely stellar albums. Not many bands can say that.



I will play both "Sugar Coated Sour" and the title track on this one tonight.

think i still go with option because it has a bit more variety, disso has a lot of 4 minute songs with 80 sec jazzy breaks. not that thaaat's a bad thing just becomes more of an identifiable format than the other albums, i do think this is probably gregs finest moment though.



also i like symptoms of a terminal illness? i think the vocal phasing during the chorus is sick. gonna ruffle some feathers buuut nooot too big on the title track, it's good just doesn't sound like dillinger and i feel like the ending isn't bombastic enough for how crazy the rest of the album is. also how do you get zach hill and not have him go wild

When good dogs do bad things is prob my third fav DEP song, and that EP is awesome, but it feels weird to rank it with only 4 tracks. With 6, I would.
