some of the small towns in interior bc ive passed through are more 'red neck' than any place ive ever been in alberta. and the prairies encompass a hell of a lot more than just alberta. there are 'red neck' rural areas all across canada just like there are in the states. there are also large cities. and calgary is hipster as fuck if anything.
