That Rev-driven section 2:40 into Unbound is pretty great. Song's a jam in general, really dig the verses with the spiraling piano. The coda is a bit out of nowhere but having the kid sing those lyrics honestly works for me.
also unrelated but the verses of Lost slap, Shadows is at his best when he just belts out his lines

That's the thing though it isn't trying to be a lyrical masterpiece. TBH i don't get the bitching about lyrics, like if you want good writing read poetry or a classic novel. Sure, well written lyrics can add another dimension, but simply lyrics that fit the style of the song? That definitely does here.

A little piece of heaven is pretty great. Agreed the lyrics fit the song. I'll gladly bitch about lyrics if they lack sense or creativity, but I like these. A dark comedy about relationships wrapped in a fantasy of eating dead spouse hearts suits avenged.
