I dont really understand how people use the drum programming (i.e. no Haake drums) as an argument against nothing re-release but not against this.

Fallacious arguments tend to be applied inconsistently

The drum programming sounds so natural that it'd might as well be a real performance, so I don't see the problem. Same goes for the re-release version of Onset of Putrefaction

It's actually very simple, they sound great here, on blue Nothing they are muddy

I would be ok with it too, that's the first version i heard, but yellow Nothing changed everything, they are so crisp there

Yellow nothing was the first one I heard. Actually bought the album in high school when it came out. Wouldn't be til years later when I heard blue nothing that it all clicked.

Don't get me wrong, theyre just different versions of the same album, and that album rules. I just prefer the guitar tone on blue. I am not an audiophile so 9 out of 10 people could say the production is shit and I would be #10 saying it's fine.

I 100% agree that guitars are better on blue, more punchy and more weight

Both versions rule regardless m/
