@asdfp depends. sexual intercourse is sexual intercourse. sex acts can refer to any number of things that dont include vaginal penetration
but i think at this point we are kind of talking about this open endedly and generally as jessy is far from the only topical case right now that needs addressing.

Well, I'm 100% certain what Jessey (spelling?) did was wrong but I'm not 100% convinced he's actually a 'pedophile'.
I'd say the distinction doesn't matter all that much considering the act remains the same act, however he's been defined, but it IS more than just a case of semantics.
There's a world of difference between being labelled a sex pest/creep and an actual pedophile.
