i think that there is some audible difference in certain genres, but i've heard albums in 128 many times that sounded superb (on a great pair of headphones, mind you). i think that it may possibly be a placebo effect. at least, it's interesting to note how many blind studies were done with the vast majority of people not being able to detect a difference, or guessing the quality of files incorrectly

album version of realiti isn't too different to the original. she's just added a house beat and some delay/reverb to the vocals. gives it a nice touch I feel
