This is actually the only Anberlin album I've heard, where's a good place to go from here whenever I decide to listen to another one of theirs

I'd go with Devotion (Vital re-release) - the album portion includes six bonus tracks, so you have a good 18 song album. Devotion also comes with an acoustic portion, so you could get a taste of other Anberlin songs as well. then,
if you like guitar-driven Anberlin -> Never Take Friendship Personal
if you like pop-ish Anberlin -> New Surrender
if you like alternative Anberlin -> Dark is the Way
all three styles are represented quite well on Vital/Devotion, so you would get a good idea of what Anberlin can sound like
