all jokes aside be advised that french is hard to master, though its grammar can be quite easy if you know any other romance languages
we had it as a compulsory 3rd language and though i did very well in classes, 8 years later i still found it hard to follow native speakers in real time, at the actual pace of a natural conversation. which i must say is something that i never felt with any other language, least of all english
so yeah i guess the deadass version to my joke above wouldve been "if youre doing it just to understand neige's lyrics it's not worth the effort"
