I've never heard them be compared to Tool cause that's absurd they sound nothing like them.

@Baseline: Everyone is allowed to have their opinions but you're being why too harsh. You make it sound like they're the worst band to happen to this world. Goddamn.

randomly decided to listen to this band and "simple boy" is pretty cool but i feel like the vocalist has potential to be annoying in more songs so i'm hesitant to get

there's an annoying thing he does with his voice which i won't point out because once you hear it you won't be able to stop

He needs to start riding skateboards, underage smoking and rebelling against his parents agreed

If you like heavy stuff listen to Themata, If you like a more proggy approach then listen to this album.

Ian Kenny's vox grew on me so they might for you.

Started off as a 4, ended up as a 3.5 when I realised 5 & 7-9 are hardcore filler.

Umbra rules and Medicine is an interlude. Caudal and Illumine are definitely filler though

I've had a 2.5 grow to a 4.5.

I've also had a 2.0 grow into a 4/5 and back down to a 2.5-3.0/5.

Umbra starts and end well but the middle section is useless, Medicine feels too much like a song to be an interlude and is too short to be a song
