This album just sounds like a band having fun for a change, rather than writing the styles theyre known for.

I really enjoyed it, first disk more than the second though.

God, with James divorce, next album can be the best thing since MoP or it can be the worst thing since St Anger. I hope it becomes the first option.

I still miss when James cared more about politics than his feelings in his lyrics. But since he supports republicans I'd say "thanks but no thanks"

"the last thing ive heard on this was that both lars and james were very against trump but that was in like 20016/17" - Who cares what a band's political alignment is? Voting is supposed to be private anyway, and it's not like y'all don't cum in your pants whenever you hear Rage Against The Machine. Surely a band's political alignment doesn't affect the quality of their music?

Haha I like Rage's first album, not so much after that.

"1. Spit Out the Bone
2. Atlas Rise!
3. Dream No More
4. Halo on Fire
5. Moth into Flame
6. Now that We're Dead
7. Here Comes Revenge
8. Hardwired
This is a 51-minute album, it starts with the most furious/complex track, second track is anthemic, third track is slow and crushing, 4th track is the most like an epic ballad, 5th returns with energy to open "side 2", 6th and 7th tracks are strong, and then the super fast furious closer in Hardwired. To me this is a lot like their 80s album formula. Create it in a playlist and listen through. If this had been the album, would it have been a 3.9? .... a 4???"
I love these type of comments where you can deconstruct an album. I played these songs in this order and totally worked for me. A different tracklist can really do wonders, and this one is just about right.

I think the whole album can be put into one cd according to the time limits right? Because in countries like mine that inflation is killing us, this album translated into our coin probably costs....300 pesos.

This way the album has way more momentum. Their 80s album formula works so well lol. You'd think it makes their album derivative, but they made it work somehow
