Behave man, as I've said thousands of time, take away TLA and the title track and BWP has nowt of any calliber.

preferring this 70's rip off album that doesn't even sound like Opeth much less original to

I never once said heritage is a progressive master piece, I enjoy it for what it is, and Dirge For November is a ZZZfest apart from the intro, Funeral Portrait is an abomination, Harvest is gay, The Drapery Falls is a ZZZZfest and Bleak is way too long.



Heritage is totally refreshing.

Opeth needs more songs like Harvest. That tune is just hauntingly beautiful.

If you think Bleak is too long then that's all I need to know about how much you know. It's 9 min
length is the perfect length to get all of its songwriting ideas across and is x100 more cohesive than
anything on this album.

Blackwater Park is a snooze fest for the most part, whereas this is consistently interesting regardless of whether it's a rip off or not.

Now you're being thick and assuming things you know nothing about. Bleak is too long for the song, I can listen to very long songs and not get bored, as long as they're done right I.E. Thick as a Brick (you) by Jethro Tull.



Maybe I should have said it's too long for what it is, it would've been better if they cut the whole 'Devious movements...' section out.
