I went to check if I had 5’d this or not...looks like I’ll be having fun with death myself. I’d actually down rate this by half a point cause I’ve fallen out with DT and even the albums I liked aren’t as awesome to me now as it was with 18 yr old me.

That’s an understatement. I was actually curious as to what ever happened to Mr.DreamTheater2 cause I loved his parody videos and hadn’t heard/seen content from him in awhile. That’s horrible of what happened to him at the hands of LaBrie.

Glass prison is rifftacular. I think misunderstood is one of my favorite songs of theirs too
But disappear & great debate kinda ruined it for me

Well, that’s no surprise. I’ve always felt a sense of animosity between them two especially post-Scenes. I mean, James was ALMOST FIRED from DT because of Portnoy around the time of SDOIT!

That dude has a vendetta against the band, they suck now sure but it's kinda sad the amount of effort he's put into it.

Oh, I've been a fan of Images and Words for about five years now. It's one of the other few albums I have 5'd. I actually feel dumb for not checking this out sooner because I love that album. Just listened to Awake for the first time the other day too and it slaps.

If you don't know the suite is The Glass Prison, This Dying Soul, The Root of all Evil, Repentance and The Shattered Fortress
