Pretty sure Mick Jagger/Jimmy Page/etc had loads of consenting lying groupie 15 year olds chomping on their rods so even if this is relatively weak sauce from the big ol' jessie the times have a'changed and he's in a little bit of heat now.
Also his audience are still mainly 15 year olds so they'll be scared he might be hiding under their bed.

Nope.
He's no rapist, he's a pervert. And I'm not surprised too, given his lyrics. It's why I could relate to his music so much. I've got urges too, some dark ones that I've never acted upon.
I think many of us have, the divisive line is the act.
Still, his behaviour should not stigmatize him for life. From his story, I hear he's already worked on his urges (to suppress them). The only thing that's left for him to do is to confront his victim(s) of his deeds, if they themselves want it ofcourse.
