Im fucking loving this band, i discovered them a few months ago but until now I didn't sit to listen an album in its entirety and oh men, it's really good, I like the shoegazy sound they have mixed with some visceral vocals, even if I don't like those screams that much yet, maybe i need to get used to it but the sound is amazing.

Try their album Shelter. It's Alcest getting rid of all their metal aspects and focussing pure on the atmospherical shoegaze for a full album. I know some won't agree with me, but that album is pure bliss to me.

The thing is, Scheumke, I like guturals and screams but Im not used to it with this magic and beautiful atmosphere they make, it's weird but I kinda like it, it's not like I hate it, is more like I like it less than everything else. And yesterday I listened to that one and its totally shoegaze dream-pop style, it's nice too, to be honest this guys have really good albums.
