Lamb where are you getting these personality traits from? Obnoxious is one thing, that's pretty subjective. But I don't think there is anything here that shows Kendrick as egotistic, immature or narcissistic.

DON'T MAKE HIM START AGAIN. PLEASE DON'T.

(He will bring up These Walls, and I don't want him to rip on my favourite song on here again.

Quite the opposite really, the line itself definitely comes off as immature but in the context of the album it fits the overarching narrative.

He wont be pimped and shit. It's like an extended metaphor of the rap game. WOAAAH?

You have to be aware of how hypocritical you sound saying this record reeks of immaturity yet being a Eminem stan.

Oh okay, you are being willfully obtuse at this point. I now know this.

I is a direct companion to U. You know the track about nagging self doubt and the depths of depression. Coming to terms with yourself as an individual isn't narcissism.

the thing is eminem doesn't really try to be mature, whereas here its like a theme of the album

ok 'narcissistic' doesn't convey what i mean well, i think he is vain. He seems to talk about 'coming to terms with himself as an individual' as a way to brag about maturing more than anything.

its def possible it just sounds that way to me because i hate all of you ITT, though

How about we all stop talking about Kendrick and start talking about my new EP! That would cause less drama!

Don't worry Lambs. We know this won't be regarded as a classic by much more than the hundreds of sputnik users that rated is as such. I don't hate this album as much as I used to, but that's probably because I trimmed it down to about 4 songs in my collection and called it good.

I feel like this thread is stuck in an infinite loop. I mean, this album is still fairly new. Shame it happened so fast.
