Not judging, I have three Boris albums fived. I think it's a question of what's going to happen to the two from now. Boris's output hasn't really gone down in quality, they've always been great at what they do, while Opeth fell off hard after Deliverance. Heritage and the new one are pretty nice though.
And ignoring their weird ambient albums, I'd say Boris never hit the rock-bottom low that Opeth did on Ghost Reveries or this. Besides, Boris can pull off a whole range of various styles extremely well, something you can't say about Opeth. So... yeah, I can get behind your opinion, Jester.

I actually listen to modern Opeth more than any of their 2000s work, but I like Ghost Reveries and Watershed a lot. First two are ace as well
