idk I’ve never seen anyone on Sputnik say anything positive about Aspa.
Literally the most replaceable part of the band, and we don’t even know anyone in the band other than him. He doesn’t even write the lyrics.

There's a difference between saying positive things about the guy and playing down the significance of the band platforming him to begin with or all but openly defending his views with the most innocuous wafflecomments anyone could ask for

I have a Fas shirt and I wear it with pride. Deathspell Omega make some of the best damn music in the world, probably my most listened to band, I reallly don't care what members of the band do, if the vocalist is a Nazi or whatever, I honestly don't care, it's so fucking whatever - the music is all that matters.
It's honestly really unfortante they have a member who does dumb shit because every thread turns into talking Aspa instead of that this album is a masterpiece. Shame.

I don't like The Beatles, their lyrics are laughably simple and they're so boring it isn't funny. I guess they were innovative for their time but it means nothing when you look at it from a lens of modern music, everything has been done to death so many times it is just pretending to be impressed by originality rather than actually being impressed by it. I think even comparing 'goodness' of something so simplistic like Abby Road to a complex, masterfully played, deep album like Deathspell Omega's Paracletus is practically insulting.

People don't care what a brand does all the time - you think Nestle, Pepsi, Coke Nike etc. haven't done shit 10x worse than Aspa? Coke literally had people in Mexico assassinated who tried to unionize. Their sales have never been better. Suddenly I should boycott a band because one member does bad stuff? Nah. Aspa is an ass, who makes good music. Coke is murderous, who makes good cola.
