Well, again, it's not really a 'mess', CTTS happens to use the 'disjointed' and divided song structure that follows know true patterns other than it's emotional and mood changes, if those are even cyclic. It's definitely not 'messy' when looked at carefully, but can also be seen as a beautiful, loud, sometimes ugly, mess of genius. That's just the best way to describe it.
