specifically because it was framed as a largely unqualified generalization about countless records that you havent heard, when all it really was was an assessment of the records that you have heard
a personal preference for a certain time period of a genre is perfectly respectable but you cant somehow act all indignant when your choice to phrase your opinion in such obnoxious, arrogant, absurdly dismissive, elitist terms (with seemingly zero humour, irony or self-awareness embedded therein) rubs ppl the wrong way and elicits an obnoxious response

It isnt my problem that youre willing to leap all the way to me thinking that relevancy matters or viewing myself as some elite authority as whats good or not good in Punk.
