I wouldn't say best vocalists out there, but I would say more along the lines of top 10 list of screamers.
plus the emotion on Jane Doe, and Last Light (even though it's technically not screaming) are shown amazingly and I doubt any other vocalist singing the song could show the emotion that Bannon does.
