I almost fell asleep while listening to this at work. There are a few decent moments but most of this is boring as hell.

I haven't noticed these hilarious contributing purists on sputnik before. I'm only 13 years around, my bad.

Im not even morbidly curious to listen to this. I gave eden a go, didnt like it and as time went on and thought about it more i hated it more. Hearing that this is simply boring from quite a few people on here that i share music interests with is enough for me.

Also if you disagree with Jesp and their review and think its "blind hatred" then provide points where you think they are being unfair or the review is lacking .Provide a counter arguement to what people are saying rather than "everyones mean to the band and blind hating"

Also side note that album art sucks, its just a blob of pink and black. The flamingo needed to be darker to stand out, its just lost in the foreground

I need something good that came out today. Man this and Arcade Fire were not the move. Well, obviously I had to listen just for the culture and to be able to talk about jt with folks but I did not enjoy either of them. I want a good album to sink into

Nice sound off Ectier Sleep Token Take Me Back to Eden
Many ideas and a potential for a band that could be quite good if they dropped their metal side as it is easily the weakest link in this sound. Vocals feel layered behind many effects, lyrics are....well they are sure something. Parts of this feel clinical. There is no doubting they have talent, this isn't awful its just average. If you dig it enjoy it, if not your tried it and move on.

Ksof my rating was a 2.5 but as i mentioned the more time went on the more issues i had with it. I do understand what an oxy moron is, do you understand reading comprehension is? I explicitly stated earlier that i found more issues as time went on. I didnt edit my sound off as thats my objective opinion and thoughts and didnt see the point in changing to just say "this is garbage".

Im a little unsure why you are targeting me for this as you also mentioned you dsnt want to have or provide thoughtful discussion against peoples reviews/thoughts.

I don't target no one but from 2,5 to 1 is a huge difference.

No i wasnt, I steadily dropped the rating over time. The lyirical content of the album rubbed me the wrong way greatly going from borderline horny lyrics to quite garbage surface level lyrics dealing with mental health and self harm (Are you okay?) The disparity between the two topics and both being poor was a large factor that influenced the drop. Combined with all of my other comments

Ill always go out of my way to give something a go, i dont want to blindly hate something or have other peoples thoughts influence my ratings.
