I will never get calling things "overrated" though, like I don't particularly love IR's By the Time I Get to Phoenix, but clearly a ton of people do so good for them

Brat is up there I think. I actually like it (in a 3.5/5 kind of way), but I genuinely can't comprehend its level of adoration across the music press. I can see the argument (albeit weak) as a cultural phenomenon, and Charli being the way she is helps, but musically it's just so unexceptional. And the processed vocal style is really grating after a while.
That said, don't particularly rate the Maggy Bay vocals on many songs either.
Carrie & Lowell slander is just silly.

I think Brat is like a vodka shot and this is like a highball. I like both, but I can definitely have more of one than the other, and there's only one I consider appropriate for consuming alone at home.
