The best vegetable is spinach because you can put it in anything you would put lettuce in and it's much healthier and also super cheap. You don't have to break it all up either, it already comes in nice little leaves.

Vegetables are incredible all around, if you're at the dinner table and you got a vegetable you ain't keen on send it to ol' porc, peas and thank you.
